All orders are shipped by Canada Post over sized mail unless otherwise specified. (no tracking)

2. Shipping to USA:

All orders are shipped by Canada Post over sized mail unless otherwise specified. (no tracking)

Cost of Shipping: please add product to cart to view estimated shipping cost.

Estimated shipping time: between 1.5 week to 2.5 weeks. 


In the event that you need to return your order, we will accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of purchase for most orders, with a receipt. A refund will be issued only after the original item is received by our warehouse. Only item in new condition with original packaging and contents can be returned for a refund.

We offer a refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for the returned item.

We are also not responsible for your order being lost in transit on its way back to us.

Please note that you will have to pay for any shipping expenses incurred when returning your order.

However, we are happy to do a refund or exchange on your item within 7 days of package receipt if:

-You received the wrong card

-Your card came damaged or broken (proof of damage is required by submitting a photo with your request and subject to screening).

-Your package went missing and you are not able to resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.

All refunds and exchanges will be reviewed and processed once the item is received in its original condition.

Our cards are delicatedly designed by professional designers based on the concept of Kirigami art-originated from Japan, cut with advanced laser-cut technology, then hand-made in Asia by teams of wonderful staff.

How long does standard shipping take within Canada?

Depends on the location of the recipient, standard shipping within Canada can take approximately 2-9 business days. For example, 2-4 business days to BC, 5-9 business days to ON, and 6-10 business days to East Coast. During peak season, please do expect longer shipping time with Canada Post.

Where do you ship the card from?

Our warehouse is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Therefore, all cards are shipped out from here.


How soon will you ship out my order?

We are doing our best to fulfill order as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. However, please be advised that there might be delays during peak holiday seasons, and on days where high quantity of orders received by our warehouse.

How will my items be sent?

All cards will be placed inside a StayFlat envelope to reduce the risk of bend and crush. In case of larger orders, cards may be sent in a cardboard box with appropriate anti-damage protective materials.
